Our ability to handle the conveyancing of your property purchase transaction sets us out from our peers.
Not only does this extend our expertise and experience to the conveyancing process, but by having a single party in control delivers efficiency to the overall process.
What’s more we are happy to share the benefit of this efficiency saving with you through a fixed cost.

About our in-house legal team
This is headed by Joanne Wilson, previous Legal Director at Morton Fraser MacRoberts, who has more than 20 years extensive experience and who specialises in real estate matters within the self-invested personal pension and small self-administered schemes market.
Moreover, Joanne is one of very few dual qualified lawyers specialising in this field, meaning she can advise on more than one legal jurisdiction.
Are there any transactions where in-house conveyancing is not available?
Yes. If your transaction involves buying property or land that is not in either Scotland, England or Wales, involves a mortgage or is a joint purchase we don’t offer in-house conveyancing. But a Solicitor Panel partner can be engaged for such a transaction.
